I love it! Its thin with larger print. I have always loved the New English Version. It's very well made and although thin, the pages are very sturdy and the print doesn't show through.

I absolutley love this Bible. I have a bunch of Bibles, actually, way too many, and this and my 1984 NIV are my favorites. This is a great translation, not well known but very well respected. It is beautifully printed and bound. Highly recommended.

I like having different Bible so that I can hear the difference and learn more about the Bible. The whole idea is getting to know the Bible really well so that Christians can preach from memory. Most churches want King James or New King James Version or one of the many translations. If you teach kids' or special needs ministry, this is the Bible to start them out with. The Common English Translation and the other two modern day translation spells out what G-D wants from us. When Jesus was using His ministry to teach the world about Heaven and putting the other person first, He used parables and other methods for this goal.
