I bought this bible for my 7-year-old daughter and she absolutely loves it. This bible is not only adorable it’s easier for her to read. I have other bibles for her in which she has a difficult time with and this one is perfect. I also have a friend who bought this same bible for her 9 year old daughter and she loves hers as well.

This just might be the cutest Bible I have seen in my life...and believe me, I've seen my fair share of cute Bibles over the years! More importantly, my daughter agrees too! When it comes to kids, I feel like the best way to get them interested in something that might not otherwise appeal to them (like reading the Bible), is by approaching it with something they ARE interested in. Sparkles and sequins? That will certainly do the job! She couldn't wait to take it to church and share it with her friends--- or to hear more about the stories from within. Now, to be honest, my daughter is still a bit young for this Bible. At only 5 years old, she isn't reading yet at all. Still, I love that as she gets older, this ICB translation will make doing so easier, and as we read to her from it, she is better able to understand. It really is the perfect step up for kids from simple Bible storybooks to the real deal that still keeps it at their level. Kids are more likely to fall in love with the Bible when they actually understand it, so this is a great feature. I know that as she grows older, my daughter will also love the articles throughout that are relevant to her right at the stage she's in. The Sequin Sparkle and Change Bible comes in two great designs. The first is perfect for the girl who loves PINK. Needless to say it was a good choice for my daughter. It is solid pink in one direction, but changes to a sweet multiple heart design. Simple, and cute...very girly! The rainbow version is just as fun... but with lots more color. One direction gives it a fun, sparkly rainbow look, while the other reveals a large silver heart. Regardless of the style you choose, the content and the fun is all the same!
