What was the name of Abraham’s wife?
Correct! Genesis 17 tells us the story of Sarai becoming Sarah after God promised she would bear a son out of her infertility.

Read more about how Sarah dealt with trusting God through infertility, from the Love God Greatly Bible:
Infertility. It is painful, emotionally draining, and all-consuming. Many women wait all their lives to have children, only to be met with the bitter disappointment of infertility. Sarah was ninety years old before she had a child. Perhaps by then, she had resigned herself to the fact that she was never going to be a mother. In her impatience and desperation, she gave her maidservant to her husband to try to conceive a child. Still, the promise for her own child from her own womb remained.
Is anything impossible for the Lord? Sarah was faced with this question. She may have believed it in her head but she doubted it in her heart. Maybe she didn’t think anything was impossible for God. Maybe she thought the unchangeable God had decided not to give her a child.
This answer is, “Of course not!” The Lord can do anything according to His will. He can heal bodies in ways that baffle doctors. He can give children to couples who never thought it was possible. He can give us the one thing we long for in a package that far exceeds our expectations. God can give real joy and contentment in the midst of great disappointment. A barren womb conceiving a baby can seem like an impossibility, but, with God, nothing is impossible.
Draw close to Him. Trust the promises in His Word. Go to Him with your hurts and frustrations in prayer and praise Him through the tears. He is faithful. He is worthy.
