New Releases Part of Collection of Books Providing Scriptural Depth and Application

NASHVILLE, TENN. — Thomas Nelson, a division of HarperCollins Christian Publishing, is launching three new Bible study resources for women on October 7. The InScribed collection ( successfully launched their first four titles in March, all of which appeared on Amazon Best Sellers List in Christian Living within the first month of release.

The three newest InScribed titles include, Barren Among the Fruitful: Navigating Infertility With Hope, Wisdom, and Patience by Amanda Hope Haley; Inseparable: Who I Am, Was, And Will Be in Christ by Ashley Linne; and Just Rise Up! A Call to Make Jesus Famous by Sarah Francis Martin.

These authors add diversity to the series and broaden the complete collection, which ranges from biblical stories and phrases to understanding Scripture through a different lens. The series also looks at important issues women faced in the Bible and how to take action to make Jesus known throughout the world.

The first four InScribed books included Living So That: Making Faith-Filled Choices in the Midst of a Messy Lifeby Wendy Blight; Leaving Ordinary: Encounter God Through Extraordinary Prayer by Donna Gaines; Dive Deeper: Finding Deep Faith Beyond Shallow Religion by Jenifer Jernigan; and Amazed and Confused: When God’s Actions Collide with Our Expectations by Heather Zempel.

“When we started to visualize what the InScribed Collection would be we saw it as more than a line of books, but as something that hadn’t been done before in the Christian market. There was a community of gifted female writers with a message that needed to be heard,” said Frank Couch, Publisher of the Thomas Nelson Bible Group. “Where we ended up is better than we imagined.  These authors have the ability to work with one another and collaborate to promote their ministries.”

The InScribed collection can best be defined as a collection for anyone with a passion for God. Each title touches on a unique subject matter and caters to the real felt needs and issues that women face everyday. Although the books may be uncomfortable at times, each ones is always appropriate and helps to bring women understanding and healing. With endorsements from proclaimed authors such as Mark Batterson, Lysa TerKeurst, Christine Caine, Leonard Sweet, Margaret Feinberg and numerous others, readers of these books are able to be challenged and engage their entire person in the study.

The InScribed Collection has been widely accepted in the marketplace from female readers who see a strong community of voices that address things they are already thinking but don’t necessarily know where to find these issues in the Bible,” adds Jennifer Keller, Director of Marketing of Thomas Nelson’s Bible Group. “Organizations like Proverbs 31 Ministries and even Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson have promoted InScribed resources, and we have seen incremental growth in our first four books and anticipate this for these new releases.”

The authors of InScribed are a community focused on collaboration, not competition, enabling authors from many different viewpoints to build community with each other and the larger circle of female readers. Visit the to hear from each of the authors.
