KJV400 gallery is live online

It was 400 years ago in May that King James changed the Western world with the legacy of his revised Bible. In celebration of that milestone, 4,000 years of history hits the web as Thomas Nelson Publishers makes public its gallery of rare Bibles and ancient artifacts. The galley allows anyone with internet access to view items from the time of Abraham to today. Included on the new web site are video, photos and explanations of Dead Sea Scroll fragments, cuneiform tablets, Mesopotamian idols, oil lamps, an incantation bowl, an illuminated manuscript leaf, and much more – including numerous historic Bibles. Visit and click on the gallery.
